What is your return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy, and the buyer pays the return shipping. However, if you receive an item different from that advertised we will refund your money in full (upon return), including return postage.
What are your international shipping rates?
International shipping rates range from $24.95 to $39.95 based on the type of item purchased.
Do you have a combined shipping discount for international orders?
Yes, each additional item purchased is only $1.00 extra.

All shipping is 100% Free to all 50 states.
What carrier do you use for shipping?
All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We do offer USPS Express Mail Shipping for an extra charge.

What are estimated delivery times?
All items will be shipped within 1 business day from date of purchase. Orders shipped USPS Priority Mail will arrive within 2-3 business days. Orders shipped USPS Express Mail will arrive with 1-2 business days.

What if I don’t want to disclose my personal information in placing an order?

Can you get this item in my size?
Because we buy our products as such a large discount, we cannot order additional sizes of any of our items. However, we will try our best to accommodate the needs of our customers to the best of our ability.
How can you sell these brands at such a low price?
We have built relationships with suppliers that allow us to purchase items at deeply discounted prices. In turn, we offer these products to our customers at prices below wholesale costs.
Will you sell some of my personal items on consignment?
At this time, Frieschskys is not looking to buy or sell items on consignment. However, we can refer customers to other online companies who specialize in consignment sales.
