About Frieschskys
Frieschskys’ company headquarters are located in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We are experienced online merchants who have been selling designer clothing online since 2002. Our company is comprised of three partners who all have experience in designer fashions and e-commerce. We combined our efforts in March of 2007 to create Frieschskys, LLC.

That means offering only the highest-quality products and going out of our way to deliver exceptional service. All calls, emails and messages are answered personally by one of the partners. We are dedicated to our customer’s satisfaction, which is why many of them buy from us again. We unconditionally guarantee every item we sell to be authentic and in the condition advertised. All our items are carefully packaged in a waterproof plastic sleeve and shipped with 24 hours after receiving payment. Inside each package you will find a business card person who shipped your items, as well as the phone number and email address of the person you can contact regarding your order.

Payment must be received on all purchases within 7 days. If payment is not made within 7-days, we reserve the right to relist the item. Contact us about combining purchases. We accept PayPal, and all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks or bank (wire) transfers.
SHIPPING POLICY:
We offer FREE Shipping to all United States customers no matter how many items purchased. International customers pay only $1.00 for each additional item. When making multiple purchases, please wait for us to send you a combined invoice, so that we may ship your items together in 1 package. Contact us for special requests.
RETURN POLICY:
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on fit or change of opinion. However, we do guarantee that all items purchased from us are in the condition stated in the auction. If you receive an item different from that described in the auction, please contact us and we will refund your money in full, including return postage.
